Definitions

1. "Feesch UK" or "the Site" shall mean Feesch UK of Brighton, East Sussex (also "we", "us", or "our").
2. "The User" shall mean the person, firm or company who uses the Site (also "you").
3. "Copy" shall mean anything placed on the Site by the user (including comments, messages, images etc).

Terms & Conditions

1. Members must be current residents of the British Isles which includes England, Northern & Southern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Membership is not availble to ex-pats.
2. All Copy submitted shall be legal, decent, honest and truthful; shall comply with the British Code of Advertising Practice and all other Codes under the general supervision of the Advertising Standards Authority and shall comply with the requirements of current legislation.
3. The User agrees to indemnify Feesch UK in respect of all costs, damages, or other charges falling upon the site as the result of legal actions or threatened legal actions arising from the publication of the users details, or any other copy submitted by the user. In any case where a claim is made against the site or the site is used in litigation the User may ultimately be liable under the terms hereof, notice in writing shall be given to the User, and consultation shall take place before any expense is incurred or the claim is settled or the case is defended or otherwise disposed of.
4. Feesch UK reserves the right to make any alteration it considers necessary or desirable to any copy published by a user or require copy to be amended to meet its approval. Feesch UK also reserves the right to make alterations to the site which may effect the way copy is presented, including (but not limited to) filters which may prevent certain content from displaying. These alterations maybe made without prior warning to the User. If a User is uncertain about the type of content which is allowed, or which might be removed by a filter, they are advised to consult the ListMaster first.
5. The User agrees to only upload files that the User owns personally, or has the permission of the owner to use. The same also applies to any reproduction or reference that is anything other than a hyper-link. If any copy is proven not to belong to the User, the owner may request that the copy is removed from the site.
6. The User agrees to upload files in accordance with the site guidelines on nudity.
7. The User agrees not to make any comments or to use any files which are in any way offensive about other Feesch users or Feesch UK, doing so may result in immediate deletion from Feesch UK and legal action being taken. While constructive criticism is generally permitted in moderation, purely negative comments will be deemed offensive.
8. GoldFeesch membership is non-refundable, under any circumstances, even if the User is deleted from the Site, either by Feesch UK or following a request from the User. If a refund is given, it is purely at the discretion of the ListMaster.
9. The Intellectual Property Rights of Feesch UK to be identified as the originators of all supplied Services will be asserted by Feesch UK in accordance with the Copyright, Design and Patents Act 1988. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to Feesch UK. No part of any Artwork, Goods or Services supplied may be modified, reproduced, republished, transmitted or distributed in any form or by any means electronic or mechanical, including downloading, copying, capturing screen-shots, printing, photocopying, borrowing, hiring, lending, recording, public performance, broadcasting or by any information storage and retrieval system, now known or hereafter invented, without express written permission from Feesch UK. Modification of the Artwork, Goods or Services or use of the Artwork, Goods or Services for any other purpose is a violation of the Company's copyright and other proprietary rights. For purposes of this Contract, the use of any such material on any other networked computer environment is prohibited.
10. Feesch is not a free advertising service, any accounts created purely for promoting will be removed unless express permission has been granted by the ListMaster to do so.
11. Due to the potential dangers of pedophilia, Feesch does not allow users under the age of 13 to post their details, this is in accordance with UK rulings and US law.
12. Duplicate accounts are not allowed on Feesch without good reason and express permission from the ListMaster.
